On 28th October 2020, I visited an online shopping website https://www.strionline.com/. I was impressed by their
nice collection of sarees.
The Company appears to be operating with the name “Raaz * CND Fashion Hub, Surat, Gujarat”.
Email IDs are : strionline@gmail.com, help.strionline@gmail.com, ultimatehaul20@gmail.com

I was thinking of gifting sarees for the Diwali festival. So, on 28th October, I selected and ordered 6 sarees for my wife
and daughters (Order # 6104). I also had made an Advance payment of Rs. 1618.91 to Raaz * CND Fashion Hub,
Surat, Gujarat through their payment portal (Razor Pay).
The Advance payment was done with my Credit card ending with *** 2773. The sarees were to be delivered within 7 days.
On 30th Oct, I received an email from a different email ID, namely, ultimatehaul20@gmail.com.
Due to this strange happening, I was worried.
• On 30th and 1st Nov, I sent emails to all of their Email IDs, requesting for faster delivery of items. I got no replies. I was
worried.
• I made calls to all of the mobile nos several times. But they were not reachable, even till date.
Till now, they have not responded to any of my emails. I think I have been cheated by this “Fraudulent Online
Shopping site”.
Respected Team, I am an old retired person. I request you for a strict action on the Fraudulent company to Refund of my
Advance amount of Rs. 1618.91.
