We got a call from your airtel executive (whose name I don’t recall), from the phone number-7428897344 assuring us that if we reactivate our Airtel DTH connection, we would get 10 additional HD English movie channels along with the existing channels. Believing him, we promptly recharged our account only to find that we were duped. Your customer care was very rude and gave contradictory information that we will get only 3-4 channels.
Is this some scam that you are part of? You can lose not just one loyal customer but several potential ones too! Plus, don’t you feel ashamed to cheat one of your oldest customers in this way?
We are highly frustrated with this experience and want an immediate REFUND failing which we will deactivate the connection permanently and share this on social media, besides escalating it to the highest level.
Fyi, here’s the message we got-You have successfully done a Airtel Xstream recharge for 3018336122 of Rs.417.00 from Wallet 9619666239 Avl Bal Rs.0.46. Tnx ID 4333133608. Dial 400 or 8800688006 in case of any discrepancies.
