Dear Team,
I was forced to activate data only sim by Airtel representative a month back throgh their repeated calls and was told me that it was free of cost. On their guidance, I activated it. However, to my notice, I am being charged for the same and I am included on their family plan without my notice and false representation. Airtel is claiming they they are not in a position to reverse the bill charged and putting their customers in such a big mess
