Today just a few mins back, I received a message that RS 399 got debited from my RBL Bank credit card without any prior notice or intimation. The transaction was made without any OTP. Pls try to refund my money. I। contacted the customer service. Due to system failure, they were unable to provide any specific details and hence couldn’t take any steps, instead of which I have been asked to turn off my transaction mode from the RBL Bank app. Let me know, what are the procedure to get my money back !
