i sent my mail from customer end on November 28th 2020, to send a loan closure charges on my account for foreclosing the loan. there system having some issues, my mail got duplicated,mail was not received by customer support team of aditya birla capital. customer support giving wrong reasons and not approving me loan closure letter, wantedly delaying my account closing. these people dont want me to close my loan and harassing me by delaying the payment. so that i vl continue till next EMI. mr shiva shankar in senior post in customer support team, was very rude to me and was giving invalid explainations and repeatedly disconnecting my call to their support team.
