I have been Charged multi-point for Rent payment.
I was charged during rent payment which I thought would be by Indusind bank or which ever credit card I am using. Later I came to know that Credit card company has charged me separately on statement apart from original payment and later came to know Both Cred and Credit card company charging for rent payment. Hence, I want refund of charges. Since I am user of CRED for more than 3 year and paying credit card dues from Cred. I am stating transaction where both parties have levied me charges. I do not want to take matter with RBI unless and until resolved mutually. I have already raise complaint with RBI against Indusind bank but Now I came to know that this is due to CRED hidden charges which were not informed at time of RENT payment.
I have been charged heavily by Indusind bank for Rent payment. Please refer below transaction details :
12/09/2023 Rs.15,236 paid for 15,000 rent and 236 charged by Indusind. 152.36 rental fee+ 27.42 GST charged by Indusind on same date. CRED CHARGES Rs.236.00
14/02/2024 Rs.20,333 paid for 20,000 rent and 333 charged by indusind, 203.33 rental fee + 36.60 gst charged on same date. CRED CHARGES Rs.333.00
01/04/2024 Rs.30,540 paid for 30,000 rent and 540 charged by indusind, 305.90 rental fee + 54.97 gst charged by on same date. CRED CHARGES Rs.540.00
22/05/2024 Rs.29,510.40 paid for 29,000 rent and 510 charged by indusind, 295.10 rental fee + 53.12 gst charged by on same date. CRED CHARGES Rs.510.40
ABOVE CHARGES like 510.40 charged by Indusind over rent payment time and rest 295.10 + 53.12 charged by indusind on statement separately. Total charges all these on statement are not acceptable.
Please reverse : 153.36 + 27.42 + 203.33 + 36.60 + 305.90 + 54.97 + 295.10 + 53.12 = Rs.1,129.80 or you can reverse Big amount charged at time of rent payment.
MY CLAIM WITH CRED ARE FOR RS.236 + 333 + 540 + 510.40.
Hence, I want refund of charges. I WOULD SUGGEST TO CALL ME AND DISCUSS MATTER AND RESOLVED BETWEEN MORNING 9.30 TO 1.30 ON CALL. I AM UNABLE CREATE TICKET ON CRED APP AS UNAVAILABLE OR LACK OF OPTION WHICH CRED APP NEED TO IMPROVISE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT. CRED APP IS ALSO KNOW AS DREAMPLUG TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD.
