my tata sky account number is 1000102249.
earlier this year i opted for relocation service i was charged for relocating the services and still tata sky stopped working after a few days and i had to pay service fee of 175 after that..and then it started working…
NOW AGAIN
MY TATA SKY SET TOP BOX WAS NOT WORKING…THE PROVIDED ME SET TOP BOX WITH 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND NOW ITS STOPPED WORKING IN 40 DAYS.
I PAID SERVICE FEE WHEN THEY INSTALLED SET TOP BOX AND SET TOP BOX CHARGES.
NOW AGAIN I HAVE TO PAY SERVICE FEE..
WHY WAS I PROVIDED WITH A FAULTY SET TOP BOX AT THE FIRST PLACE..
IF YOU ARE CHARGING SO MUCH SERVICE FEE ATLEAST PROVIDE THE SERVICES CORRECTLY…
THIS IS SHIT….
SUCH NONSENSE BEHAVIOUR TO LOOT MONEY OUT OF CUSTOMERS POCKETS…
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SERVICE CHARGE EVERY ALTERNATE MONTH…
