1 on 19th July 21 online payment was made for the bill amount Rs 412 and immediately I got a sms stating that payment has failed. If money deducted from the bank the same will be refunded..2. As I was to travel abroad I made another online payment of Rs 412 on 20/7/21 and payment processing was confirmed.3. Although the money was deducted from my bank for 19/7/21 payment, however, Airtel did not confirm the receipt nor refunded the money back to my bank.. 4. On probing the Airtel confirmed on 2/8/21 that they did receive 19 th payment as well and the excess amount will be adjusted in next month’s bill. 5. I want to know a. why not intimation payment receipt of 19.7.21 b. why the excess amount was not refunded. c was the sms for payment failure was to cheat customer d. who authorised Airtel to retain customer’s excess amount without paying any interest at the same rate at which they charge for late payments.6 Also please clarify in writing why daily packs were activated randomly without any solicitation, while I was on international roaming.. I wish to put on record all roaming charges were fraudulent as I never used your voice or data service except for receiving SMS for banking.and hence to be refunded back.Just because of unprofessional and adamant behaviour of Airtel I decided to port out.Looking forward for a logical response and adjustments in the bill before I make payment of the bill.
