Hello,
I had paid 10,000 rs of payment in August to GTPL for their 100 Mbps fiber connection Anual plan. It’s been 2.5 months and still I’ve not provided any service and they’re refusing to refund the money and not even providing service. I do have receipts of payment done. Very shitty service and bad experience. I’m sick of calling their customer care support everyday.
