Text of Complaint by Anil Dhumma:

My name is Anil Dhumma, and I am writing to file a complaint regarding a cyber fraud incident that I have recently experienced. I believe that my personal information, specifically my contact list, has been wrongfully accessed and misused by an individual claiming to be an employee of PostPe company.

Incident Details:

Account Information:
I am an account holder with PostPe company, and I have been facing difficulties in making timely payments for my dues.

Unauthorized Contact with Relatives:
An individual, who identified himself as a PostPe employee, has been contacting my relatives from my contact list.
The person is using deceptive tactics, claiming that I am in the hospital and urgently need money.

Refusal to Provide Information:
Despite my requests, the individual has refused to disclose how he gained access to my contact list.

Consent Withdrawal:
I would like to express my concern regarding the potential violation of the Personal Data Protection Act.
I hereby request to withdraw my consent for PostPe company to use my contact information in any manner that compromises my privacy.

I understand and acknowledge my responsibility to pay the remaining dues to PostPe. However, I strongly condemn the unauthorized use of my personal information, and I request immediate action to investigate this matter.

Please initiate an investigation into the unauthorized access and use of my contact information by the individual claiming to be a PostPe employee.

Cease and Desist:
Request PostPe to cease and desist from wrongfully using my contact list.

Protection Measures:
Request assistance in implementing additional security measures to safeguard my personal information from further unauthorized access.
