On 4th of May, I got call regarding part time typing job, for which they informed that per day 25 sheets will be given and if not completed on time or not reached the accuracy level, amount will be deducted from salary. Even some registration fees was also to be deducted from the salary itself. They asked me to sign a google form agreement which stated the same things and I signed. After that they sent the agreement copy which stated some other clauses, mentioning that if I am not able to complete work on time, I will have to pay penalty money of 7,100 separately. As soon as I got to know, I refused to work with them and requested to cancel my registration. They assured me they would cancel it. For two days, I took updates regarding the cancellation and they assured me for the same. On 6th day i.e. 10th of May 2021, I got a call from a lawyer naming, Naveen Sharma who told me that a legal notice is raised against me for non completion of work and I have to pay a penalty for Rs. 7,100 and 3,000. He said if I don’t do the payment within half an hour they would take a legal action. They pressurised me but he promised to cease of this agreement and I had to pay to Rs. 10,100/- to them. After that he said, I have an agreement of 11 months so it cannot be terminated with this amount. Either I can continue the work for which, I have to pay Rs. 12,900/-, or I  can quit the matter by either going to court and paying Rs. 1 Lakh or digitally by paying Rs. 18,900/-. After that I didn’t give them any money and contacted my advocate for the same. This Naveen Sharma is found to be a fraud and many other people have mentioned about him in fraud activities. I have fraudulently lost my Rs. 10,000/- for the work which I have already refused to do. I am not in a state to pay all these amounts. I am a student here and was looking for some work which could help my expenses, but has been cheated.
