Team I had did 70+ e-mails to you guys got no response even you guys are ignoring my calls not closing my 20k amount loan tenure has been completed still making me fool that we have updated closure still you guys are charging me I will not pay a single money because I don’t have money nor job I have paid extra money to guys my tenure was till December 2020 and you guys asked for 1 year payment proofs I given still from last 5 months struggling you guys are charging me uneccassary close my loan account I don’t know anything close my loan account you guys charged me 5k why not replying on mail nor on call without talking to me and giving me resolution you guys are illegally charging me so that at last you can earn more money.
Such a fraud company fake customer and collection team.
harassing customers you guys threatened me to pay EMI during lockdown and now you are saying we provided you moratorium then why you guys taken EMI without any miss.
CLOSE MY LOAN ACCOUNT AND ON CREDIT LINE TOO I PAID 76 RS ON TIME STILL YOU GUYS CHARGED ME CLOSE BOTH LOAN ACCOUNT
AND I WANT REPLY AND CALL BOTH ITS TOO MUCH NOW OR ELSE I NEED TO GO TO COURT AND BIG PLACS FOR JUSTICE
