I have been an Amazon customer since the last 7 years and have shopped in lacs. Over the last one year,The experience has been utterly disappointing and disgusting.So much so that I not able to find a proper noun for it! Pathetic seems like an understatement. Your customer care executives in India are the worst in the world who do not even have basic common sense to comprehend things and yet they try to act over-smart and manipulate the customers.
order ID: 405-6498167-2576314, I had ordered an Iphone back-cover and just like every 3rd order this was different product than what was shown on the app, consequently i had returned the product, it got picked-up on 17th August and since then your foolish customer care executives were advancing the date of refund from 22nd to 23rd to 25th. Until today, when I called and was informed that the product which got pocked was wrong and has been discarded by the warehouse team and hence there will not be any refund issued. The product picked up was different since I got a different product.
The other day when I had called customer service to enquire about the refund, as is typical of amazon,he had no idea and was trying to give wrong information.When I informed him that I will raise a complaint against him, he cancelled my prime membership.I had to call and explain again to your team for 2 hours. The issue was finally resolved but this shows the audacity of your executives who are willing to inflict harm to the customers.
Never Imagined that Amazon India could stoop so low that they have started indulging in petty thefts to rob customers of their hard-earned money. Is this how you will become the most customer centric company in the world by looting and fraudulent! What a Shame! Be Assured that this was the absolute last time I shopped on Amazon and have uninstalled my app right away. This is actually the beginning of end for Amazon India as I have seen at least thousands of frustrated customers.
