They do not have return policy, you are supposed to courier the item to them and in return you don’t get money they hold the money and the only option you have is to buy another product.
The saree sent was a very basic one with no border as shown in the image.
The color was very different and the pattern was not same at all.
Quality was not good.
But my money is now stuck with them. Clearly it’s a fraud.
