Dear Sir/ Maam,
This is to bring to your kind knowledge that I have booked an Airtel Fibre Net connection at my office address on April 3, 2021 at Patrika Marg, Allahabad. The sales person visited my office on Saturday and booked my connection and took an amount of Rs. 2829 towards the said connection on the basis of a promise that the said connection will be installed within 2 days. That thereafter no connection has been installed till date. On calling the airtel office false assurance are being given that the connection will be installed with one hour or two hour or next day but no connection has been installed till date. It is the second similar incident that has happened with me with Airtel. It is not expected from such a reputed organisation like Airtel to indulge in such malicious activities. The Airtel Allahabad team is not taking any responsibility for the delay and are not ensuring any step to install my connection. Further the on asking for refund, no immediate refund is being promised or granted and we are being asked to wait for atleast 15 days to get the refund amount back. Thus it is requested to kindly look into the same and ensure my connection is installed at the earliest failing which I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action against Airtel and its employees
