I am an Airtel postpaid customer for more than 10 years. Recently travelled to China and activated their International Roaming pack worth Rs. 3000.
The data limit got exhausted on the last day – so called their customer service to add 1 day data for Rs. 755. By mistake, the agent added a pack worth Rs. 15,000.
On checking, they accepted their mistake, but in spite of repeated complaints, they are not correcting it. In the last month, I have sent 10 emails and called their customer service 15 times about this. No resolution.
