My aunt’s phone number was changed from postpaid to prepaid, after clearing all dues. She went to the Vodafone store and completed the transaction. Now people from Vodafone Idea are calling her up and saying she still has dues. The people at the store said she had cleared all dues and there are no outstanding dues. And now this. How is this possible? How can Vodafone Idea have dues and still allow the customer to change from postpaid to prepaid? I don’t understand this. And people are constantly calling her and harassing her. How do I lodge a complaint against them? This is unacceptable and extremely unscrupulous of Vodafone Idea to extract money from their customers.
