I have a mobile phone of airtel bearing no 9176299264 & one more in the name of my wife bearing no 9884654078. I left India on the 16th of December to be with my son who is working in Phoneix,AZ,USA. I opted only for incoming SMS & WhatsApp after having a discussion with their customer support at Annanagar, Chennai. I was put to great mental anguish & hardship as the phones went dead after we boarded the aircraft. It continues to be dead till date. Airtel has been sending me bills for Rs 5559.60 & pestering me to pay this amount for international roaming and other services. Despite informing them about the deficiency i & the non availability of any of their promised services they are are not willing to listen & continue to harass me with their fraudulent bills. I also request that suitable action be taken against the company & they should pay sufficient compensation for deficiency in service & for the mental anguish caused.
