I have an account with RBLBANK, and one of the RBLBANK executive called me about the Crest debit card…she said I was being offered a debit card and would be receiving vouchers worth 1500, and she hung up. I told them I didn’t want any special debit cards, and they charged me anyway. I was charged Rs.1770 for DC charges. I filed a cancellation request, and one of the executives called try to convince me to use a crest debit card, but I told him I didn’t need any cards. Despite the fact that they are going through their process.
