I have deposited 5000 INR to Astropay wallet via upi instant method the amount has been debited from my bank account but not credited to Astropay wallet. I connected with Astropay customer support and first they asked all the bank statement from me. I provided all after that they told they are checking with their payment provider but it has been 1 month passed neither the amount credited to my bank account nor it added to Astropay wallet. Please help me to get my money back

After 52 days from support they are saying that they did not receive any payment for that. Please dont fall in trap of using Astropay. If you use upi instant and the amount becomes pending due to network issue and later it becomes successful. Astropay will take the amount as a thief. I have shared my full bank statement from 03 March to till date where it is clearly mentioned the amount is debited and successfully reached to Unblemished Infotech Pvt Ltd from Biswarathi Chandra with utr number 306223590670. How fraud they are giving false statement. When I am asking for the bank statement of Unblemished Infotech Pvt Ltd from 03 March to 10 March. They are not providing that. I think I have to take legal step because all of my evidences are in hand even bank has given confirmation that the amount is successfully reached to Unblemished Infotech Pvt Ltd account. This all information my bank has shared
