I downloaded the app “Olymp Robot” from Google Play Store and added INR 3500 in my “Olymp Robot Account” from my “Yes Bank Account”. The transaction was successful and the amount was also debited from my bank account. However, it has still not been credited to my Olymp Robot Account. I have sent multiple emails to their customer care team but they are inly delaying the matter and not providing any solution.
