Text of Complaint by PIYUSH SINGH:

HAVE ALREADY GIVEN A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR CLOSING MY DHANI ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY ON 17/JUNE/2021, TILL DATE THIS INDIABULLS DHANI COMPANY IS CHARGING MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS AFFECTING MY CIBIL SCORE.HAVE NOT USED THEIR SERVICES SINCE MAY 2021.TODAY I.E ON 7/JAN/2022 I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE ABOUT SOME PENDING AMOUNT FROM DHANI,TO WHICH I HAVE NOT EVEN USED THERE SERVICES. THIS IS CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS TRUST AND ADDING UNNECESSARY CHARGES TO THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT EVEN WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR CONCENT. REQUEST THE CONSUMER COURT TO TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THESE FRAUDSTER FROM LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS.ALSO REQUEST ROLL BACK OF ALL THE CHARGES AND THE CIBIL SCORE WHICH HAS BEEN AFFECTED SHOULD BE CORRECTED BY PROVIDING A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THE CIBIL DEPARTMENT STATING THE REASON FOR MY DECREASE IN THE CIBIL SCORE.
