Description:
I paid ₹4,720 to AVS Immigration (Arcade Visa Services Pvt. Ltd.) on May 24, 2025, for UK Skilled Worker visa and job placement services. I received only a generic, publicly available “counseling report” and had a vague international phone call from a Canadian number — not the UK.
Despite multiple requests, I received no real job offer, no HCPC guidance, and no documentation from a licensed UK sponsor. The company is not registered with any UK recruitment body or immigration regulator.
Their invoice (No. 05202543) clearly says the service is refundable, but they have refused to refund me and stopped responding after promising updates.
I request legal action and refund recovery of ₹4,000 (excluding GST), and I am attaching proof of the invoice and communications
