I received a phone call supposedly from Eureka Forbes informing me that the last service under the AMC for my Aquaguard was due and the AMC too was due for renewal. As was being done by me earlier also, I agreed and a person came, serviced the Aquaguard I made an online payment for the renewal. Subsequently on receiving the renewal details I realized that the AMC was not from Eureka Forbes but is from Sureka Forbes. On trying to contact Sureka Forbes on the numbers available on the AMC renewal, you do not get any response.
Now, Eureka Forbes is sending out messaes on whatsapp that Sureka Forbes is posing as Eureka Forbes and selling unauthorized filters and AMC.
