MAC ran a campaign to sell their full sized lipsticks on Buy-One-Get-One Scheme. I ordered under this scheme with order number 2489421105 (invoice attached) on 13th July. They only sent the paid product and did not send any free product, even though it is mentioned in the invoice. Upon queries, they said it went out of stock, even though the lipstick shade is in stock on their website. They have done this with a lot of customers and they are voicing their complaints through social media
