Order Id OD328293234396908100 was placed in exchange of old redmi note 8 phone and the exchange amount was 6050.After delivery on 7 th june exchange option was not showing.Flipkart executives Convinced me that there was technical error for which exchange option was not showing and they asked me to buy another phone in exchange of my old phone and to place a retuen request for the previously delivered phone.I did that and another order of the same samsung F14 model was delivered next day.but now flipkart is refusing to take return if the previously delivered phone of rs 13482
