I had two gift cards of worth 5000 rupees and 2500 rupees, I realized I was not able to use them as the balance was zero, when inquired with Amazon they replied me saying some one named Elle has used it. Its a fradulent activity. The gift card was given to me for my hard work, Im really concerned that some one has used it effortlessly. Please help me to get back the worth.
