I booked two flight tickets for my wife from Travolook on 3rd Jan 2022 from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar with reference ID -REF896546629 and REF251305350 . The total money for two tickets i.e. Rs. 8570 got debited from my bank account but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end saying “cancelled due to operational issues”. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care support and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time I call then, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days and they create a new complaint ID everytime but it has been 2 months now , still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating. I am not able to upload the other image below because it allow me to only upload one image.
