I have purchased Valorah (karma resorts and hospitality) worth Rs 50000 on date of September 1st 2021.
At the time this was named as “karma Resorts and hospitality”. I was not registered for a long time and I went to karma office near Kilpauk Chennai and asking for registration.
I wanted to book holiday on my anniversary but they did not book and said that we have to book it before 2 months ago.
It was very hard to booking my first trip because they always say the same answer that booking is full.
Recently I was trying to book for Goa on august month still same answer. I visited multiple times to Valorah office but they gave only fake assurances on booking. Members of Valorah are – Shanmugam, John, Annadurai, Revanth, Hajira.
I am receiving mails for annual maintenance worth Rs 8900. Iam really concerned about this fraudulent activity and on the money I have paid to them.
Request you to take necessary action and refund my money in any chance. I can submit my mail proofs in this regard upon your response.
