Im a member of club mahindra(ID 28190). I have reserved for 1 BR for 4 nights starting from 23rd April with Club Mahindra Khandanghat, Reaching the property my rooms sold to another guest with extra money with out any information to me .Where as I had specifically communicated to the property about my delay,
I was kept waiting in the night almost 3 hours at the property and ultimately forced to book a hotel nearby .
