I want to file a strong case against the cab company called InDriver for keeping Fraud and criminal drivers at service. To summarise about the incident, I have booked a cab today (28th Aug 2022) around 13:10 pm which was accepted by one of the company drivers called Ritesh Chowdhury (as per call records) with a White Swift Dzire, bearing the car number WB 04H 1372. However, he kept me waiting for more than 20 mins and then did not actually come to pick me up and continued his ride without me as passenger, as in this InDriver, there is no OTPO system for passenger validation. Mode of payment was online and hence I am the one who shall suffer the losses. To make it worse, when I raised this issue with InDriver representatives, they refused to answer my queries and did not even bother for a timely response. Hence I want the strongest possible case against this company so that no other passenger have to face such criminal drivers and company.
