A pair of boots was purchased from Myntra on 28th sept 2024 through money lending app (lazy pay) and got different product. After that complaint was lodged and also approved, instead of this one product is not picked up yet. already 45days were covered. penalty is levied day by day on lazy pay. whereas I paid platform fee, they don’t have right to hamper my cibil.
