I had ordered 1 customised silver nose ring, 1 pair of silver bugadi (earring), and 1 silver nosepin on the 24th of May 2024. I made a complete payment of 4500. He promised me a delivery date that was within a month. But now, it’s been 3.5 months, he is postponing the date and most of the time ignoring texts. The situation is getting worse by the day. Please help me get the refund or the orders.
