I have paid INR 9000 on 16th April 2021 to buy a desert cooler on Amazon. Today is 23rd April 2021, still I have not received the item. Seller has given fake tracking details. Amazon is not helping me and asking me to wait for more 6 days. Seller is fraud not replying regarding the issue and not providing refund. My money has stucked now. Amazon is not at all helping.
