I purchased 5 kurtas from online on July 1sr week and its been more than 4months and still I didn’t received my dresses

I also placed an order with Zuhriya boutique on 17 June. It was mentioned I will receive the product within 30 days. They have the worst customer service, most times they won’t reply to your messages or pick up the phone. Even if they pick up they will make a fool of you and everytime they say the item is despatched today. This continued for about 3 months and then I stopped calling them. They have zero respect for their customers. They jus want some money to roll and to have it interest free they make a fool of customers. To conveniently make fool of prospective customers they have turned off the comments section in Instagram. So we can no way make aware the future customers about how they operate. Finally o received my product by November 18 after 5 long months. This is purely a scam to roll money.
