Hi Sir/Madam,
With due respect I would like to bring to your notice that “OB Cash” loan provider mobile app is threatening to pay money for which I am not liable.
Please find below instances. Request to find it and do necessary action against such a loan app from misused my AADHAR and PAN.
1. I downloaded the “OB Cash” Mobile app on 7th Feb-2022 .
2. Same day docs are uploaded such as Aadhar, PAN.
3. I was waiting for sanctioned amount to be shown in app as per eligibility, followed by digital KYC and Digital sign agreement
4. To my surprise, I received Rs.4060/- in my ICICI account on 8-Feb-2022 in which no source name is mentioned in the bank statement.
5. As I consider it an unknown source, I checked “OB Cash App” to find such info if any, however no such information is mentioned about sanctioned amount and no communication made in form of sms, email, etc
6. In “OB Cash App”, it’s only shown to repay Rs.7000/- by 13-Feb-2022. (Within 7 days. Rs.3000/- more to pay)
7. In this regard and for confirmation, I emailed to Angelviki001@outlook.com as per provided in their app in the “customer service” link.
8. However, I have not received any reply from customer care. Apart from such email id, no contact number is mentioned in their customer care to reach out.
9. To my surprise, on 12th Feb, Threatening whatsapp messages are received on my mobile phone to pay Rs.7000
10. On 13 th Feb, I started communicating with the same whatsapp chat as they keep on harassing and threatening.
10.1. I asked one of the callers that the Received amount was Rs.4060/-, amount Rs.7000/- showing to repay within 7 days. What were interest and financial charges? There was no clarity from the caller.
11. Just to get rid of such fraud and have peace of mind, I tried to pay from their app, however the repayment page appeared as blank and did not have any link to pay.
12. I have informed them through video recording and requested to provide another payment channel to repay.
13. Till now, they have failed to provide any link to pay, However apart from harassing and threatening by using whatsapp messages and calls.
14. They are threatening like, they have my contacts as they took from my mobile through their app and will send out vulgar videos and messages in my name to my contacts.
15. These are numbers from which threatening calls and whatsapp messages are received. 73209.31171, 85248.35252
As it appears as a fraud app and organization, request to do needful and help me to get rid of such harassment
