Hello Sir, Take My Apologies to writeyou directly again, as this is 2nd fraud incident with me from theDelivery/Wharehouse Team in last 10 days. I have ordered 2items, Details are given below ::
Ordered on 1 May 2023 Order# 171-5657714-9912369, Amount – INR116.55, Payment Method – Pay on Delivery Ordered on 2 May 2023 Order# 171-3286452-8295528, Amount- INR 2499, Payment Method – Prepaid Please note – Both productshas ordered on different dates and order id was also different but thetracking id which was given from your side was same ( Tracking ID:323783725558). Now the problem is that theDelivery person has visited my place at 7:30 PM on 04.05.2023 and he wascarrying Order# 171-3286452-8295528 only which was already pre paidbut still he was asking me to pay an additional INR 116.55 withouthandover my order ( For Order#171-5657714-9912369) because he was sayingsomehow we have missed your order in the warehouse and without paying INR116.55 I Can’t handover the product bcos tracking id for both theproducts was same, also he was saying after paying we will updatedelivery for both the products and you can call to Amazon for a refund theproducts which we have lost in transit and this is the easiest way but Irefused to do so bcos it was not ethical and against the company norms, then Heasked his Delivery person to return back the products and has markeddelivery status at 11:15 PM at night ” was refused at the deliveryaddress or the order was cancelled.” And Put entire blame on me. That was simply not ethicalso I refused to do so, so he has penalized me like this, Do you think that evenI will reject/cancel my order even after paying INR .2499 in advance atthe time of order booking. I have updated the entirecase to customer care at 7:30 PM n same time when the delivery person waswith me and Mr Vikas was the agent of that Amazon customer care that time andhe also told me that you will pay once you will get both the products else don’tpay until you received the products and he told me that he updated the notein the backend so anyone from the company can review it and also I called 2more times as delivery status has changed once he marked ( return to seller) The delivery person’sname was Dhanraj and his boss from the warehouse was Hussein and If you need some more clarification then I can be contacted at the registered number 9826070264.
