Hi,
I would greatly appreciate your help in forwarding this email to the appropriate department or team. This is our second complaint against “lankaamazon.life.”
I am writing on behalf of my friend, Diluka, who has suffered significant losses due to this fraudulent act. Diluka’s entire family is currently facing immense hardship. She has made payments totaling more than LKR 500,000 to Yanina 5858 (transferred to the accounts of Iresha and ISDPA). Additionally, she borrowed me LKR 250,000, which I had saved for my higher studies.
I have observed that “Yanina 5858” provided Diluka with numerous reasons asking money, but they have not repaid anything to her thus far.
I want to provide you with a clear understanding of her situation. Diluka has tragically lost her beloved daughter, and she is now battling depression. She is unable to communicate properly, often crying and lost in her thoughts. All of this has occurred because she exhausted all her funds and borrowed money from others to make payments to Yanina 5858.
On 3rd June, Diluka filed a complaint in the same forum, and I discovered this information while going through her phone. I wanted to help them start anew elsewhere and also recover my own money.
Diluka’s husband is also suffering tremendously, having lost his job. They have genuinely lost everything they had. Therefore, I would be deeply grateful if you could assist them in recovering their money, giving them a chance to rebuild their lives.
I have included screenshots from Diluka’s phone for your reference and can provide you with more if needed.
