Today 03.06.2020 I Ms. Nilanjana Banerjee residing at Kolkata received a call on my mobile from 8961616329. The caller said he is Mr. Santosh Sharma from Paytm and his Paytm code is 258096. He told me that the call is to update my KYC. He asked me to download Paytm Quick support app and asked me to update my email id and password. Then he asked me to transact Rs 10 from my account to make the account active which I refused to do and then disconnect the call. Then suddenly I received a sms from Paytm mentioning that Rs 2050 has been debited from my Paytm account.
