On 16 may 2022, i ordered for a jio fiber connection. In the next morning a jio salesperson (Mrinal Singh) called me and fixed an appointment. While setting up the connection, he told us that we have to pay Rs 2000, Rs 1500 for the set top box and Rs500 for the 2nd month ‘s recharge. He also said that the 1st and 3rd month is free. But when 2nd month came, he said that we have to recharge for 2nd month and that the 3rd and 4th months are free, so we recharged for 2nd month, AGAIN! now it’s 3rd month and our validity has expired again. We tried to reach him, then he said he’s gonna recharge but then he blocked all of our numbers. And now we’re not able to reach him
