I was approached by a Jio fibre sales person in 3rd week of december. His name is Debashish Dash. I was offered a good deal – New Jio fibre connection + I will get additional 2 month worth of plan recharge free of cost with a 3 month plan. As I was already struggling with my 3 year old Jio connection with an outdated router device, I took the deal.So, he was able to book a connection and it was installed on the same day. he took my old jio devices(Router + Setup box) and I expected to get a refund of the security deposit(1500).
To this day I still have not got the additional 2 month worth of plan recharge and my security deposit. I have been following up with Jio with no resolution yet.
