Sir,
I wanted to file a complaint against telegram channel @paragjmkarunakar for cheating everyone on online. I wanted to buy I phone 11 and I paid a amount told by seller. After paying the amount the seller is not responding So, I request you to take further prior action on that telegram channel so that others may get aware of that channel
