Ive already Came to Oman on 29,November,2020 and I opted for 649 INR-One day IR plan and then 3999 INR-30 days Validity IR Plan. My Bill from 20Nov-19 Dec was 6877 INR/-. i HAVE PAID THAT, but in my 2 Bill of 20 Dec-19 Jan Airtel hasa charged amount of 3981 INR/-. They have included the 2994/- amount of the calls that I have made from 19Dec-29Dec. My Outgoing Minutes And Incoming Minutes were within the alloted limited but then alos they charged 2994/_ amount Claiming that I have used them as an extra that was alloted to me in plan. In Nov-Dec Bill they are not showing breakup of the calls made during 30Nov-19 Dec after opting 3999/- plan. It is a case of fraudulence as they are charging 2 times for the same usage. Please Help
