I ordered a linen saree from Sareebrand amounting to Rs 1149 but I have received a cheaper saree being order no.1908290559034723 which is not at all linen.I maid e mail,WhatsApp msg and called in the given number but no response has been received from their end.I want refund of my Rs 1199

I also ordered a lemon yellow linen saree for 1199 but received a very cheap saree in dark green and black.
No reply for mail or call or WhatsApp.
This is a fraud company
I have odered for cream linen saree price 1119 on 25th sept in saree brand linen, and today i got a very cheap black n white checked saree. It was cash on delivery and as i opened it i realized i was cheated. The delivery boy hesitated to take it back because i opened the packet. Asked me to complain. How? I paid the full money. Did they have fake identity. No reply. I think it is better to file a case in the cosumer court against these cheaters. Dear friends, please avoid such unotherized dealers. Nobody should be cheated like this any more.
Same story for me as well. I ordered a different saree, got a cheap one. Delivery guy refused to take it back and i had already paid. Daylight robbery. Beware of sareebrand. Frauds.
