Im a seller on meesho, and delivery partner was Valmo. Valmo picked the order and some days later, returned it back with packaging open and socks inside it. I know that it is done by Valmo because the order never reached to the customer, it was in their warehouse(I can see it through meesho account).
I have already sent mail on 26Feb 2026 to hello@valmo.in, but never got any reply.
