Vodafone idea has fraudulently charging me 200 rupees last 4 months for a service I have not subscribed. When I have call their customer care they are not creating customer complaints saying they cannot take complaints on invoicing. After multiple phone calls (Recorded) they create but deleted or closed the tickets with out addressing the issue.
