I was checking my eligibility for a loan however it was of no use hence I uninstalled the app. Within 1 hour duration I got a notification saying 3010 got credited 3 times from 3 different merchants. I had to install the app again to check their customer care as i didnt wat this money and wanted to repay the amount. After checking I got to know that I would have to pay 15000 rs as repayment that too within 7 days when I got only 9000 in my account. I tried to repay the entire amount of this loan however the UPI IDs which were mentioned were showing as invalid. Hence the payment got back into my account. I mentioned the issue in their Google review app where I got a scripted reply by company saying I would have to use it. Being a genuine company how come they don’t have a cancellation policy of loan ?. I saw so many complaints on Google review where people had the worst experience while using this app still GOOGLE PLAY STORE didn’t remove this app from their list. Seems GOOGLE PLAY STORE is the one at fault as it’s supporting such fraudulent apps. I don’t know how to stop this now. I want to return their money as i don’t want to use it.
