Mantra mall online part-time job platform provided me job on 29th March 24. This is commission based job, invest money and get commission. 1st day everything is alright, 2nd day, in starting I invested Rs 1000 & done 3 tasks then mentor said invest more money. When I was depositing money its shoewd failed. Then mentor said to delete chat. I deleted chat then mentor & HR both missed from the profile. I tried many times to convey the problem but no answer. I gave messages but no reply. On 6th April 24, I complained on customer care number. The person, Mukesh Singh ( told his name himself) ready to refund my money but he was also cheater. He showed that he was depositing money but he was withdrawing. I objected but it’s too late. He emptied my account still convincing me that abhi aapke account main refund aa jayega. I tried many times to complaint again on customer care, everyone started tell ur account number and deposit money. Means there’s a gang who always do this type of cheating. Pl take action against the gang. I’m a pensioner, my husband is no more. I kept the money for monthly expenses or emergency. Please help me 🙏
