Not knowing this is fraud business, I placed an order online on the 26Sep’22 and paid online 1750+100= ₹1850 for a saree(as in attached pic). They have two different nos – One for payment and another for order and both don’t co-ordinate and keep asking same question repeatedly on each of the nos. Till date ie 17Oct22 the order is not dispatched. They mention on their account that standard delivery for other states is 4-5 days.
Iam not at home and inspite of telling repeatedly they are not ready to refund the money. Horrible people
I ordered saree on Feb 8th 2023 but till today(27/02/2023) they are not sending saree. But they asking me to send payment again. I asked them to refund my amount so they stopped seeing my messages and stopped replying . They have 2 numbers but they no response from both numbers. They are not ready to solve the issue.
