Dear Sir/Madam,
I am complaining as I was interacting with Jora Singh and he is trying to rent my apartment and he asked me to pay 20,000, instead of paying advance (1 lakh) to me. Later I found that he is well-known scammer from the different sides who usages his identity as an Indian Army captain in DRDO.
This guy is a real fraudster.
He is operating from mobile No 9707984353 and +91 6900 318 684
Using an email address as Jora singhttttt4545@gmail.com.
As per Adhar No shared by him, he is 1989 born aadhar No 8650-9514-3704
Aadhar address S/o jagnetar singh, 57 Gaggarwal, Fatehgarh Sahib, Siudhupur Kalan, Punjab, 140102.
Army Canteen Smart Liquor Card No LA030-11185-11920-0V00, 15503284P, SWR, JORA SINGH, 25/12/1989id mard: BMON LWR RT Shoulder.

I attached all the documents I got from him.
Please investigate as soon as possible as he is making a fool to many people. I hope the above details would help in tracing this fellow and nab the culprits.
Also, he is also using different names like Sachin Sharma.

He contacted me also for renting my house, then i asked him to meet one of my relative in Delhi, he cut the phone, he sent me all the documents as mentioned above, his new phone number is 7064895459, was ready to pay more rent than market rate, this was today 2nd Jan 2022
He is still active.Today (08/02/23) only he contact me asking for 500 led bulbs for army school Ranchi. When I checked his number on Truecaller and went to web search I came to this web page including his adhar card and liqueur card. Guys be safe.
His friend (Naveen Chander Joshi) called me to rent and said he got transfer from Hyd to Chennai . Also he sent me the police ID card Aadhar etc.
for advance payment he said his Senior Captain (Jora Singh) will call and pay the complete advance thru gpay.
I suspected when the tenant did not negotiate for rent nor wanting to see the property
So Mr Captain Jora Singh called me and asked me
– whether I have received any money from Indian Army – I said no
– instructed me to open google pay
– go to bank transfer
– enter his account number and IFSC
– my name in recipient name
– on the next screen he asked me to check whether the payee name is my name (super trick)
I said I don’t want to rent to your friend without any word he disconnected the call
A complete fraudster. Asks for material disguised as Indian Army Officer named Mr. Jora Singh. Contact No.is 919078414846. Do no entertain this guy. Stay alert and take necessary steps. Beware
